  • The Gathering of Men ~ A bi-weekly program designed especially for men of all ages, races, and religions  to come together to fellowship, learn, heal, and build....Enabling them to a "Positive' image within the family and community.

  • Senior Brown Bag Program ~ Providing a "Free" bag of healthy foods, meats and fresh produce to our senior citizens on a monthly basis, delivered directly to their door..... A collaboration with the Capital Area Food Bank

  • Cooking Matters Course ~ Offering the community a "Free" six week health and nutrition cooking class, which entails health education and hands-on cooking lessons with a Professional Chef & Certified Nutritionist .... Each participant also receives "Free' weekly groceries ...... A collaboration with the Capital Area Food Bank
